2. Description of Service
Strucit is a web-based visualization tool designed for IT infrastructure planning. The service allows users to create floor plans, visualize server racks, and map cable routes.
3. User Content & Data
Ownership: You retain all rights to the designs and infrastructure plans you create using Strucit.
Storage: Strucit is primarily a client-side tool. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your critical design data.
Privacy: Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Strucit for any unlawful purpose or to conduct any activity that would damage, disable, or overburden the Service. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service’s source code.
5. Intellectual Property
The Strucit brand, logo, UI design, and original source code are the exclusive property of Bits TI. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Strucit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Bits TI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including planning errors in your physical infrastructure.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
